The Y Generation will dominate the workforce? Well, I guess I agree with that because Gen Y has many values than Baby Boomer and Gen X. Gen Y also known as the Millennium or Net Generation. Millennials are very
technology wise and are comfortable with ethnically diverse groups. They expect great workplace flexibility and are
likely to change employers even more frequently than Gen X’s.
